The other suggestion that I would have would be to reach out to Product Support team. You can try using different values ‘magic’ values as you aptly put them, heh to move the Axis camera. My guess is that the camera is using the values you’ve sent it, but they mean something different between the Pelco camera and the Axis one. But the Axis camera is very slow to respond and moves very slow I would say customer will not accept that. Pelfo don’t think that there is, but the Support team would be the one to consult on that.
I do suggest reaching out to Product Support to discuss ports for the 3rd party cameras on Digital Sentry. Create new account Request new password.

Interesting, thank you very much for the update and for the information. I’ve escalated to our Pslco Support team. This would be something that the drivers on the DS would handle From the attached screen shot, you will see there are two IP cameras in my system. You asked if there is a device driver or package — I’m honestly not certain.

Wxis I need to install any driver or device package for Axis cameras? Maybe you can get their help. Consider Axis is such common camera, it should work with it.
